With a Juris Doctorate and CAPM certification, Holden brings extensive experience in legal, compliance, and project management. He leads compliance at The Mama Wilder Foundation and drives impact as CEO of the Rural Revive and Reclamation Foundation, expertly guiding non-profits and businesses alike.
Holden graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado in 2016 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas, his home, in 2021. He then practiced law in Colorado as a prosecutor, litigator, and general practitioner. He and his wife started The Mama Wilder Foundation, a Colorado registered charity and 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2023 and currently sits as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Foundation.
Holden started Three Posts Consulting in 2024, seeking to better help businesses and non-profits alike with his expertise and knowledge. He rounded out his skillset in 2025 earning his CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2025 he also launched as the CEO Rural Revive and Reclamation Foundation, a non-profit aimed at helping underserved and underfunded rural communities in Arkansas and beyond.

Karen has worked closely with small businesses and nonprofit organizations, helping support daily operations, client communication, organization, and community-focused initiatives. Known for her professionalism, reliability, and compassionate approach, she is committed to helping businesses and organizations operate smoothly while building strong relationships within the community.
